Our Founder & Broker
It is September 2008, Lehman brothers just filed for bankruptcy and the subprime mortgage industry has collapsed at a rate unlike any from the past 50 decades. A full-time agent working at a small real estate office, Julio Fuentes decides to build a real estate brand in the middle of the industry’s downfall. His decision is built upon a dream to create a brand with unparalleled agents and a brokerage with the unique ability to elevate the service experience. He begins the then unheard strategy of short sales and soon becomes an expert that allows him to master the real estate industry to satisfy clients’ needs.
More than a decade later, the dream lives on as The Fuentes Group begins to form a powerhouse of innovation, success, and unrivaled technology. The ability to believe with faith has been the core of Julio’s legacy and has formed a talented team of individuals to lead clients home.
